With the potential for rumors to spread, I’d like to address some recent news about Extend Your Reach.
Many of you have heard (directly and indirectly) that things are changing at Reach. This fact is true. We recently conducted an in-depth cost analysis, which revealed to us that certain departments were no longer profitable. Ultimately, the results of our analysis led to the decision to update our business model – with an eye toward sustainability and growth for our clients, our employees, and our company as a whole.
Unfortunately, this restructuring means that we will no longer be able to provide mail pickup and presort services for a number of our clients. We have notified each one, with details regarding when our services will end. For many other clients, we will be streamlining our pricing and introducing a simple “flat-fee” structure. Again, we have been in contact with each client who will be impacted.
As for those pesky rumors: please know that Extend Your Reach is not being sold, and we are absolutely not going out of business. Instead, we are evolving to ensure that we will be able to continue serving our clients, today and long into the future. As we adapt the mail portion of our business, we will continue to offer statement processing and the full scope of integrated marketing services, including direct mail, print, digital, design, and content services.
