No one could have predicted the current health crisis. We’re all taking precautions for the health and safety of our staff while also working to meet our customers’ needs. The uncertainty of the entire situation drove one fact home for many of our customers and us – having a Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery plan is critical in maintaining timely communication with your customers. At the onset, EYR tested our own disaster recovery plan and verified our vendors were prepared should they be needed. We also tested protocols for our clients who rely on us as their chosen disaster recovery vendor.

Thankfully, there are finally small signs that Michigan may have peaked for both new cases and deaths.
