As we all adjust to the new “normal” during this pandemic, we want to take a moment to update you on how EYR is ensuring the safety and health of our employees while providing our customers with the quality services you’ve come to expect.

Last week we sent a quick message letting you know that, as a vendor to essential businesses and organizations, EYR is open and operating with essential staff in the office. All staff who can comfortably work from home are working remotely to reduce the number of people physically in the building.

We continue to monitor the situation and follow all recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and governmental authorities.

In addition to instituting work from home for non-essential staff, we’ve begun:

1. Rotating breaks for staff so that only 3 people are in the break room at any given time.
2. Taking the temperature of each essential staff member as they begin their work shift. Anyone presenting with a fever will be asked to go home and seek medical guidance. 
3. Requiring a doctor’s note clearing sick employees to return to work.

We’ve also tested our disaster recovery protocols for both ourselves and those clients for whom we are their disaster recovery vendor. We are happy to report that we’re able to run at full production capacity. All client projects are being processed daily, and our team continues to meet all critical mailing dates. We plan to provide weekly updates for as long as necessary.
